A blend of 80% Ugni Blanc and 20% Colombard, the grapes undergo a
lengthy fermentation procedure, including the skin contact method.
The wine matures at low temperatures producing a dry fresh taste
with finesse, fill of fruit and fresh aromas.

Peter Dennis makes this beautiful Australian Rosé from 100 year old
Shiraz vines grown on the family's own
‘Nindethana’

with fish and pasta.
