CANCELLATIONS

In the event of a cancellation less than 24 hours in advance, we shall do our best to re-let the room(s) in order to prevent our standard cancellation charge of one night's accommodation being incurred.

DINNER RESERVATIONS

In order to avoid disappointment, guests are encouraged to make dinner reservations at the time of booking with reconfirmation to be made on arrival.

CHILDREN

Good children are welcome and we are happy to make special arrangements whilst pointing out that children under 12 are not permitted in Dining Rooms and Lounges at dinner. There are also certain restrictions in the Clubhouse.

DOGS

On the understanding that prior arrangements have been made with our General Manager, we welcome good dogs subject to the availability of certain rooms. Dogs are not permitted in public areas and must not be left for long periods unattended in bedrooms.

DRESS CODE

At Hintlesham Hall, we do our best to offer services that are flexible and accommodating to our guests' preferences. We have very few "rules" but we do ask that guests adhere to a reasonable Dress Code in the restaurants and lounges.

At dinner, gentlemen are requested to wear a tailored jacket, a tie is not necessary, and definitely no blue jeans, trainers, or shellsuits etc. at any time in the dining rooms and lounges during meal service. The management reserves the right to determine what is and is not suitable.
