Year Celebrations 2008 - 2009
As with Christmas what better way to see
in the New Year than amidst the splendour and finery of Hintlesham Hall - The
Ultimate New Year Experience.
We are offering a 2 night programme,
either Tuesday 30th December and Wednesday 31st
December or Wednesday 31st December and Thursday 1st January
2009. Or why not stay all 3 nights as many did last year.
The highlight of your stay will of
course be New Year’s Eve when you attend our black tie Gala Celebration Dinner.
Your evening commences with a Louis
Roederer Champagne reception whilst listening to the Scottish Piper parading in
the courtyard. Dinner will be announced in Grand Style and Head Chef Alan Ford
and his team will present 6 sumptuous courses as the gastronomic focus of the
evening which you may complement with your selection from our award winning wine
list. Our own Peter Durrant will play piano throughout the meal and our live
Band will lead the dancing in the Garden Room.
Hintlesham Hall’s famous and spectacular
firework display will bring in the New Year and the dancing will continue into
the early hours.
On New Year’s Day full English breakfast
will be available at your leisure.
On the other night of your stay whether
30th December or 1st January your programme
is inclusive of a 3 course dinner with coffee and full English breakfast.
Hintlesham Hall offers a haven of
relaxation whether doing nothing at all, enjoying winter country walks or taking
advantage of the Health and Fitness club or the associated championship sized
golf course. The region is famous for its stunning towns and villages, such as
Lavenham, as well as for antique hunting, exploring Constable country or the
Heritage Coast or driving farther afield to the
magnificent cities of Cambridge and Norwich.
New Year’s
Day Jazz Brunch (not included in the package)
From 12noon join us for a relaxing yet
sophisticated Jazz Brunch. Choose from a selection of traditional dishes as well
as dishes with a New Orleans theme. (we would suggest that you reserve a table
at the time of booking your New Years programme)
