Our team of trained and qualified professionals, uniquely focus on offering you a personalised service with the aim of you leaving us feeling refreshed and revitalised.

Your Itinerary

Arrive between 9.00 and 9.30am Monday to Friday, 10:00am Weekends, at the Hall for refreshments. You will be met by a member of staff from our Health Club, who will help you plan your day, for maximum enjoyment and benefit.

The morning will be filled with use of our facilities including a fitness assessment with lifestyle analysis and dietary advice. This is conducted by one of our highly qualified personal trainers.

At lunch time you will return to the Hall for a three course lunch from our exquisite lunch time menu, enjoyed in the luxurious surroundings of our highly commended restaurant.

After your meal you will be met and taken back to the Health Club to enjoy your two chosen, one hour treatments in total relaxation.
