Your Itinerary

Arrive between 9.00 and 9.30am Monday to Friday, 10.00am Weekends, at the Hall for refreshments.

You will be met by a member of staff from our Health Club, who will help you plan your day, for maximum enjoyment and benefit.

• The morning will be filled with use of our facilities including a fitness assessment with lifestyle analysis and dietary advice. This is conducted by one of our highly qualified personal trainers.

• At lunch time you will return to the Hall for a three course lunch from our exquisite lunch time menu, enjoyed in the luxurious surroundings of our highly commended restaurant.

• After your meal you will be met and taken back to the Health Club to enjoy your two chosen, one hour treatments in total relaxation.

• Throughout your visit you will have free use of :-
