Christmas In The Country
Christmas at Hintlesham Hall is a very special occasion. The Hall looks magnificent with spectacular, traditional decorations. Thousands of brilliant white fairy lights twinkle brightly throughout. If you enjoy traditional Christmas festivities, welcoming log fires, excellent food and wines, attentive and friendly service then give us a call.
Hintlesham Hall Hotel offers a haven of relaxation whether doing nothing at all, enjoying winter country walks or taking advantage of the Health and Fitness club or the associated championship sized golf course. The region is famous for its stunning towns and villages, such as Lavenham, as well as for antique hunting, exploring Constable Country or the Heritage Coast or driving farther afield to the magnificent cities of Cambridge and Norwich. We look forward to welcoming you at this magical time of Year! 
We are offering a two or three night programme which starts with arrival on the afternoon of Saturday 24th December. Additional nights are available on request. Christmas Eve You may wish to explore the estate, play a round of golf or simply relax by the fire. (Health and Beauty treatments may also be enjoyed on Christmas Eve by prior reservation).
In the evening we hold our traditional Champagne party in the Library and Garden Room. Afterwards, enjoy a delicious meal accompanied by the sounds of our pianist and carols sung by our local choir. This exceptionally magical evening can be complemented by a stroll down to the village church for the midnight service. Upon your return, a glass of warming mulled wine will await you. Christmas Day Wake up to a heart warming breakfast at your leisure. Perhaps prior to lunch you might like to enjoy the crisp, fresh air with a walk in the grounds.
From 12 o’clock onwards, Louis Roederer Champagne will be served in our lounges followed by our magnificent traditional Christmas Day lunch.
Between 4pm and 6pm, tea, coffee and our homemade Christmas cake will be served. In the evening enjoy a spectacular, sumptuous buffet accompanied by festive music from the pianist. Boxing Day Once again a hearty breakfast will be served in our dining rooms, ready to set you up for your journey home.

You may wish to stay for a third night, perhaps just for a little more relaxation or to play a round of golf before sampling our fabulous Boxing Day lunch. In the evening you can enjoy a delightful candlelit dinner accompanied by our residential pianist and after dinner, you may wish to try your hand at the casino tables ~ fantastic prizes are available for the winners.
