Christmas
at Hintlesham Hall is a very special occasion.
The Hall looks magnificent with
spectacular, traditional decorations. Thousands of brilliant white fairy lights
twinkle brightly throughout. If you enjoy traditional Christmas festivities,
welcoming log fires, excellent food and wines, attentive and friendly service
then give us a call.
We are offering a 3 night
programme which starts with arrival anytime on the afternoon
of Wednesday 24th December. You may wish to explore the Estate, play a
round of golf or simply relax by the fire. (Health and Beauty treatments may
also be enjoyed on Christmas Eve by prior reservation)
In the evening we hold our traditional
Champagne party in the Library and Garden Room when you will have a chance to
meet your fellow guests. Afterwards, dinner from our Menu Gastronomique
will be served accompanied by the sounds of our resident pianist and carols sung
by our local choir. Guests may wish to stroll down to the village church for the
midnight service. Upon your return a glass of warming mulled wine will await
you.
Christmas day dawns with gleeful
exploration of our original and well stuffed stockings before enjoying breakfast
at your leisure. Perhaps prior to lunch you might like to enjoy the crisp fresh
air with a walk in the grounds.
From 12oclock onwards Louis Roederer
Champagne will be served in our lounges followed by our magnificent traditional
Christmas Day lunch.
Between 4pm and 6pm tea, coffee and our
homemade Christmas cake will be served. In the evening enjoy a spectacular,
sumptuous buffet accompanied by festive music from the pianist.
On Boxing Day, you may wish to relax or
maybe
play a round of golf, before sampling our fabulous Boxing Day lunch.
On your final evening enjoy a delightful, old fashioned candlelit
supper accompanied by musical entertainment. After dinner you may wish to try
your hand at the casino tables, fantastic prizes are available for the winners.
On the morning of Saturday 27th
of December our Christmas Festivities conclude with a special Bellini breakfast.
