Our award winning, 2 AA Rosette restaurant specialises in fine dining using, whenever possible, fresh local ingredients. Head Chef Alan Ford is passionate about offering the best cuisine possible, appealing to all tastes and encompassing all dietary requirements. We have a full a la carte menu running alongside our Table d'Hote Dinner menu which is available every evening. We also have an informal lounge dining menu (available daily from 7am to 10.30pm) which offers lighter bites for enjoying in any of our lounges, bedrooms or on our peaceful garden terraces.
Dinner guests may enjoy an aperitif in one of our beautifully appointed lounges or, in the summer months, on our extensive terracing overlooking our lovely gardens. Al fresco dining is popular on summer evenings and our roaring log fires popular in cold weather.
Our extensive wine list is internationally renowned for its comprehensive selection of traditional wines, and wines from the New World and emerging wine-producing regions.
